Boldspace Job Description
Boldspace is looking for someone with a strong track record in brand and integrated creative strategy, able to guide creative thinking, shape strategic direction for clients, and lead integrated strategic processes from insight through to execution. You should be comfortable acting as a trusted voice to clients and internal teams alike, helping define challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop work that delivers meaningful commercial and brand impact. A background spanning both brand and creative strategy is preferred, though not essential.

Requirements
- Lead strategic direction
- Understand client businesses, audiences and objectives to help define clear strategic opportunities and solutions
- Lead strategic thinking across accounts, helping shape both long-term brand direction and campaign development
- Take ownership of strategic processes from briefing through to delivery and evaluation
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building confidence through clear thinking, strong communication and commercial understanding
- Identify opportunities for client and account growth, and contribute proactively to wider business development conversations
- Set clear KPIs and success measures for strategic and creative work

Develop insight-driven thinking
- Use a combination of quantitative and qualitative inputs to uncover meaningful insights and inform strategic recommendations
- Be fluent in interpreting audience, cultural and market signals to shape compelling strategic responses
- Lead stakeholder conversations and workshops that help uncover opportunities, align teams and inspire creative development
- Stay informed on cultural, category and behavioural trends, translating these into relevant and actionable thinking for clients
- Use tools including Boldstream and additional data sources to support strategic development and campaign effectiveness

Shape strategy and creative outputs
- Contribute to the continued evolution of Boldspace’s approach to brand and communications strategy
- Build clear strategic frameworks, positioning territories and communications platforms
- Work closely with creative teams to develop ideas rooted in audience understanding and brand ambition
- Craft compelling narratives, strategic presentations and client-facing materials
- Identify key opportunities and friction points across brand and customer journeys
- Support thought leadership initiatives including white papers, effectiveness case studies and agency marketing materials where relevant
You
- Around 6+ years’ experience in an agency-side strategy, planning or brand role
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance commercial, creative and audience perspectives
- Confident working across both brand and campaign strategy
- Quantitatively and qualitatively fluent, with the ability to interpret data and insight without relying heavily on formal research processes
- Comfortable leading conversations with senior clients and presenting strategic recommendations clearly and confidently
- Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills and experience creating polished client presentations
- Curious about culture, behaviour and communications, with a natural instinct for spotting opportunities
- Excited by the opportunity to work across both ambitious challenger brands and larger global accounts
