Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and dissect briefs to identify the need for creative and/or performance strategy in client proposals and RFPs.
• Support the development of strategic proposals, ensuring timely completion.
• Develop an understanding of the wider context surrounding each client and project.
• Contribute to integrated strategies, including culturally relevant and reactive ideas.
• Ensure clarity and consistency in campaign messaging and strategic direction.
• Conduct research using insights and distil findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the campaign team to maintain alignment in creative strategy throughout campaign delivery.
• Review client-facing materials to ensure accuracy in grammar, style, and content.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, using data and insights to inform creative ideas.
