As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with 500+ social natives worldwide, driving cutting-edge influencer campaigns for some of the most exciting brands. Whether it’s short-term activations or long-term ambassador programs, we treat influencer marketing as a full-funnel channel that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Our data-driven approach is built on insights from tracking over 100,000 influencers and campaign performance. We combine this with expert relationship management, social-first creative strategy, paid media, and advanced tracking, measurement, and optimisation to deliver results that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and dissect briefs to identify the need for creative and/or performance strategy in client proposals and RFPs.
- Support the development of strategic proposals, ensuring timely completion.
- Develop an understanding of the wider context surrounding each client and project.
- Contribute to integrated strategies, including culturally relevant and reactive ideas.
- Ensure clarity and consistency in campaign messaging and strategic direction.
- Conduct research using insights and distil findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the campaign team to maintain alignment in creative strategy throughout campaign delivery.
- Review client-facing materials to ensure accuracy in grammar, style, and content.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, using data and insights to inform creative ideas.

Required Skills and Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar strategic role.
- Strong written communication and note-taking skills.
- Tech-savvy, with experience working remotely (preferably on Mac OS).
- Proficient in social media platforms, with a strong understanding of their unique features and audiences.
- Knowledge in paid media is advantageous.
- An eye for design or prior experience in design is a plus.
- Client-facing and presenting experience is advantageous.
- Interests in areas such as:
- Sustainability
- Gaming
- Tech
- Finance
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides (essential).
- Familiarity with:
- Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
- Excel/Google Sheets (beneficial)
