Job Description

Entain is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to join its hybrid team in London. This role will act as the strategic link between Commercial, Product, and Trading teams across key international markets, helping to drive commercially focused initiatives and operational improvements. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional strategic projects, deliver data-driven commercial insights, and support long-term growth initiatives across Entain’s Americas and Southern Europe operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver high-priority strategic initiatives across Product, Trading, and Commercial teams
  • Act as the strategic bridge between Product & Trading functions and commercial stakeholders including CRM, Content, Media, Marketing, and regional teams
  • Build frameworks to evaluate, prioritize, and monitor strategic initiatives
  • Analyze performance data, market trends, competitive intelligence, and initiative progress to support senior leadership decision-making
  • Use data-driven analysis to identify commercial growth opportunities and operational improvements
  • Challenge assumptions and support strategic business decisions with actionable insights
  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Operate effectively within ambiguous and fast-moving business environments
  • Support the development and refinement of long-term commercial strategies
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans
  • Deliver clear written and verbal presentations to leadership and business stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience at Manager level within a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent environment
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with commercial data and business models
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from complex business information
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex information clearly
  • Comfortable working within ambiguity and creating structure in evolving environments
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to build trusted working relationships across functions
