What You’ll Own
We’re looking for a Senior Strategy & Transformation Manager, B2B to help define and drive this strategy and lead the transformation required to position us as a market leader in B2B payments.
Hybrid Work Arrangement: This role will operate on a hybrid schedule, with an expectation to work on-site at our London office location 2-3 days per week.
Partner with strategy leadership and business unit stakeholders to define and execute Global Payments’ B2B strategy, supporting the ambition to establish a leading position in B2B payments Drive strategic transformation initiatives required to expand and scale our B2B business across products, markets, and customer segments Identify and unlock cross-business opportunities across revenue, product, and cost synergies to enhance overall financial performance Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on the competitive landscape, market trends, risks, and industry developments in B2B payments Establish and embed a consistent enterprise-wide strategy framework across business units Represent Global Payments externally as a thought leader in B2B payments with clients, analysts, and industry forums

What You’ll Bring
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex, global organization Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in ambiguous, high-impact environments Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and align diverse organisations and priorities Experience operating across multiple regions, functions, and business units in a global environment Analytical, data-driven problem solver with strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills Strong project and program management capabilities, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end Background in management consulting or strategy roles preferred Experience in B2B payments or broader financial services preferred Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insights
