The team is based in three locations:

  • The power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany.
  • The chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland.
  • The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team can be based at Audi Motorsport Technical Centre, Bicester, UK.

Your Mission

  • Perform advanced linear and non-linear finite element analyses on composite and metallic components and assemblies.
  • Define and validate structural load cases using first-principles engineering approaches, simulation data, and track feedback.
  • Support the design and optimisation of critical Formula 1 systems, including suspension components, aerodynamic surfaces, chassis structures, gearbox and mechanical assemblies.
  • Deliver structural sign-off documentation ensuring compliance with internal standards, FIA regulations, and project deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with Design Engineers to achieve lightweight and robust solutions through iterative optimisation.
  • Develop and improve analysis methodologies, automation tools, and best practices to increase department efficiency and technical capability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior analysts and contribute to the continuous development of the analysis team.
  • Support cross-functional projects involving vehicle dynamics, data analysis, and multidisciplinary optimisation where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
