Are you a Chartered Structural Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We’re expanding our Structural Engineering Team and seeking a technically strong, motivated professional who thrives on delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects — from new-build superstructures to complex substructure assessments — while helping shape the future growth of our team.
🔧 About the Role
As a key member of our Structural Engineering division, you will:
- Carry out structural inspections, condition assessments, and technical design audits
- Review and appraise structural risks across a wide range of building projects
- Manage day-to-day project delivery and attend client and design team meetings
- Produce clear, high-quality technical reports
- Stay up to date with developments in structural engineering standards and best practice
- Support senior leadership in developing new business opportunities

🧠 Experience & Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong background in civil and structural engineering
- Experience in structural inspections and structural design
- Knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry design to British Standards and Eurocodes
- High-rise building design experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and technical report-writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Passion for engineering quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
🎓 Qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartered status (CEng) with ICE or IStructE
- Membership of a relevant professional institution
