We're supporting a major public-sector organisation in the Merseyside Region to appoint an experienced Civil / Structural Engineer (Project Manager). Working within the Asset Management team, you'll lead the planning and delivery of structural and civil engineering projects across a diverse operational estate, including the Mersey Tunnels, ferry terminals, bus depots, operational hubs and associated infrastructure.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile assets, managing projects from initial scoping and condition assessment through to delivery.

The Role
- Lead structural and civil engineering projects across a varied asset portfolio
- Review condition surveys and technical reports to develop project scopes
- Manage consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget
What We're Looking For
A proactive and well-rounded Structural Engineer with broad-ranging experience across a variety of sectors such as:
- Buildings
- Infrastructure
- Civil Engineering
- Transportation
- Public Realm / Asset Management
(Local government exposure would be highly desirable)
