Full-time or Part-time (Flexible hours between 16 to 40 hours per week)

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with proven experience working as a Senior Stylist on a busy salon floor.
- Technical Skills: Confident and highly skilled in modern colour techniques (such as balayage, foliage, and high-end gray-blending), precision cutting, and luxury finishes.
- Communication: A positive, clear communicator who takes pride in giving an exceptional, 5-star client consultation.
- Attitude: A reliable team player who is driven to succeed, proactive in building a column, and eager to continuously improve their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a full range of high-end hair styling, cutting, and coloring services.
- Providing expert home-care product prescriptions to protect your client’s hair investment.
- Managing your column efficiently using our in-house booking system.
- Maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment that aligns with our luxury brand.
