About The Job You’re Considering

As a Senior Consultant within Capgemini’s leading and award-winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will have the responsibility of working on complex, large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

You will have experience managing teams in large multi-stream global projects and managing business process design and transformation across SuccessFactors implementations. This role offers the chance to work and collaborate with highly skilled teams across our Global Capgemini Group and play a pivotal role in designing innovative solutions for our clients. As part of the role, you will have access to enhance your consulting, functional and technical skills, through Capgemini learning and development, and the latest industry-recognised certifications.

About our UK SAP Practice Team

Capgemini UK is a leading SAP Integration Partner, helping our clients navigate through complex SAP transformations. Capgemini UK has 1000+ SAP practitioners across UK & India and are ranked #1 for SAP S/4HANA® certifications in UK and globally. We work closely with our clients to transform their business together using the latest SAP products and architecture, a deep knowledge of industries and markets, and innovative delivery methodologies.

Hybrid working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:

  • identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status,
  • employment history going back 3 continuous years, and
  • unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)

Your Role

  • Design, implement, and optimise advanced SAP SuccessFactors solutions with deep expertise in Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Tracking, ensuring robust, compliant, and scalable global time management processes that meet complex organisational needs.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing consulting teams, driving excellence in delivery through blended onshore/offshore models, establishing quality standards, and supporting knowledge growth in EC and Time Management capability areas.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, including configuration of Time Off, Time Profiles, Absence Management, Time Recording, Valuation Rules, and Workforce Scheduling integrations, while remaining fully aligned with the evolving SuccessFactors Time Management roadmap and new innovations.
  • Shape and contribute to pre-sales and solutioning activities, supporting RFP responses, proposing tailored EC and Time Management architectures, and delivering compelling, expert-level demonstrations that showcase the value and flexibility of SuccessFactors Time solutions.
  • Proactively build and strengthen strong relationships across Capgemini, client stakeholders, and technology partners, fostering collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement opportunities across HR and time-related processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
