Sponsorship is not available for this role ** Senior Supply Chain Analyst, EMEA – Healthcare – Edinburgh, UK Meet the team: We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst who will support the development & build improvements into our EMEA S&OP processes. In this role you will partner with several teams (i.e. Global Supply Planning, EMEA Commercial Operations, Product Management, Finance, Trade Compliance, Taxation) to provide insights into our product forecasts and drive best in class forecast accuracy at SKU / Generation / Product & Geography levels. You will also act as the link between our data and the business strategy. Driving insights into forecast trends, scenario planning, and forecast modelling will be at the center of the role. Development & management of KPIs will be key, as we aim to continuously improve our people, processes & performance. The ability to “bring data to life” and to take decisive actions, based on sound analytics, will also be an integral part of this Senior Analyst position Where you come in: You will work with Commercial Operations on the monthly forecasted demand, incorporating New Product Introductions (NPI’s), product discontinuations, new market entries, sales growth, etc. You will work with Global Supply teams to ensure supply meets demand You will build and monitor inventory projections You have close collaboration with global & local warehouse & transport teams to ensure timely receipt and release of inventory You will evaluate and minimize Excess & Obsolete inventory: manage product phase outs and short dated product lots Escalate risks associated with SKU prioritization or product changes and coordinate mitigation strategies to meet delivery milestones Implement global product changes applicable to the EMEA region Represent supply chain team at cross functional meetings / forums Support Supply Chain Analysts within the team What makes you successful: 5-8 years of relevant demand & supply planning experience Expertise using MS programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) & Business Intelligence & Analytics Software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a pre-requisite for this position Experience using Advanced Planning software (Anaplan, Kinaxis, JDA, etc.) an advantage The ability to collate, analyse, simplify, present & then use data to make key decisions is key to the role Excellent written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably interface with senior leaders High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a structured and driven way Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with the ability to build positive relationships People management experience would be an advantage What you’ll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Travel Required: 0-5% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience. Flex/Hybrid Workplace: Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
