Senior Supply Chain Associate

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + Equity

We have partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing premium consumer brands as they continue to scale across D2C and retail channels. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Supply Chain Associate to play a key role in building and optimising a best-in-class supply chain function.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of critical operational processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience as the business enters its next phase of growth.

What you'll be doing:-

  • Optimising inventory performance
    Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand and work closely with manufacturing and supplier partners to maintain strong product availability while balancing stock efficiency across multiple channels.

  • Scaling retail fulfilment
    Lead the day-to-day operational management of key retail accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while developing scalable processes to support continued channel growth.

  • Leading operational delivery of new products
    Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to bring new products and packaging enhancements to market, managing timelines, quality standards and operational readiness from concept through to launch.

  • Improving supply chain efficiency
    Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations through process improvements, automation and smarter ways of working that increase efficiency as the business scales.

  • Delivering cross-functional projects
    Collaborate with teams across commercial, finance, product and operations to execute business-critical initiatives, solve operational challenges and support the delivery of long-term growth objectives.

What we are looking for:-

  • 3–5 years' experience within supply chain, operations, inventory planning or logistics in a high-growth consumer business.
  • Previous experience in D2C, subscription or retail environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working in spreadsheets and operational systems.
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving processes and finding practical solutions.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience building relationships across suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly.
  • An interest in technology, automation and AI-driven operational improvements would be advantageous.
  • Motivated by ownership, continuous improvement and the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious business.
