Job Description

Senior Support Worker
£300 JOINING BONUS

Contracted Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £14.31 per hour / £27,904.50 per annum

Service: Integra Ty Newydd

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Integra Ty Newydd.

The Senior Support Worker Role

As a Senior Support Worker, your role will be to assist in the senior management to assess people’s support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.

The most important qualities needed are the ability to treat others with respect, listen to their needs, and understand their emotions. Be Kind, friendly, and honest.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
  • Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
  • Able to motivate and manage a team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
