About the Job
At Aston Transitional Care and Hestia Care Solutions, we're looking for unique, hard-working individuals who want to make a real difference to the vulnerable adults in our care. We are a leading provider of residential care within the West Midlands, and we are committed to recruiting the very best senior support workers.
We have vacancies for full-time senior support workers and team leaders in the Birmingham/Wolverhampton area.
What You Will Be Doing
- You will be inducted into one of our residential services and receive comprehensive mandatory training and shadow shifts before you start.
- A typical day includes:
- Activity planning: person-centred care tailored to your individuals' likes and well-being.
- Providing essential care: personal care, medication assistance, routine management while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
- Documentation: care records, safeguarding reports, etc.

- Genuine passion for care.
- Right to work in the UK/ valid Visa status. (Please note we are not offering sponsorship)
- No Experience in health and social care is required - transferable skills are essential.
- A driving license is preferable
