About the Job

At Aston Transitional Care and Hestia Care Solutions, we're looking for unique, hard-working individuals who want to make a real difference to the vulnerable adults in our care. We are a leading provider of residential care within the West Midlands, and we are committed to recruiting the very best senior support workers.

We have vacancies for full-time senior support workers and team leaders in the Birmingham/Wolverhampton area.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be inducted into one of our residential services and receive comprehensive mandatory training and shadow shifts before you start.
  • A typical day includes:
    • Activity planning: person-centred care tailored to your individuals' likes and well-being.
    • Providing essential care: personal care, medication assistance, routine management while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
    • Documentation: care records, safeguarding reports, etc.
