Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior management in assessing individuals’ support needs
- Collaborating with those you support to:
- Develop new ideas and methods
- Improve the quality of service
- Demonstrating the core qualities of:
- Respect for others
- Active listening and empathy
- A kind, friendly, and honest approach

Ideal Candidate
Requirements and preferences for the role:
- Experience and ability to support adults with learning disabilities
- Minimum qualification of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care, or working towards this
- Ability to:
- Motivate and manage a team
- Full UK driving licence
