Role: Senior Support Worker

Salary: £14.81/hr

Ideally located for people living in Meltham, Honley, and Huddersfield, and with great public transport links, Rowan Court is a vibrant 15-bed residential service for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The service is lively, vibrant, and welcoming, and the staff team are supportive and always happy to share their knowledge and experience to ensure our adults get the best possible care.
We have a committed and passionate workforce and are looking for likeminded people. All training and support is provided as well as a learning-packed induction period.

The role of a Senior Support Worker:
While we could never give you a full list of what this exciting and varied role entails, day to day you will:
- Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
- Promoting person-centred, high-quality care
- Conducting supervisions and one-to-ones with staff
- Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation including care plans
- Administering and auditing medication(s)

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
