Residential Senior Support Worker
Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £30,196.00 - £36,044.00 Per Annum
Shift Pattern: Earlies, lates, long days, and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor Support Workers and Waking Night staff.
- Lead shifts, ensuring smooth operations and effective task completion.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children to foster resilience and growth.
- Support team development, embedding best practice in care.
- Organise activities that inspire joy, learning, and personal development.
- Record and reflect on children’s progress in meaningful ways
What You’ll Bring
- Passion & Compassion: A genuine desire to make a difference in young lives.
- Experience: Previous work supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.
- Resilience & Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualifications: QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential)
