Senior Care Assistant – Permanent Night Shift Position

- Qualification: Must hold a NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, your role is critical in ensuring our residents receive outstanding care. Your responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional standards.
- Personal Care & Wellbeing: Assist residents with daily care needs and engage them in activities to enhance their health and happiness.
- Admin: Accurately administer medication and maintain precise records.

Preferred Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A passion for caring for older adults
- Proven experience in a similar care setting
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
- A warm, compassionate nature with excellent teamwork and initiative

- Salary: £16.66 per hour (~£33,353.32 per annum)
