Job Title Senior Surveyor - London Tenant Representation Job Description Summary Job Description Senior Surveyor / Associate – London Tenant Representation Location - London Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join our market-leading London Tenant Representation team. This high-performing team advises clients across the technology, professional services, legal, and financial sectors on Central London office strategy. In 2025, the team advised on approximately 1 million sq ft of transactions, acting on behalf of major occupiers in some of London’s most prominent deals. We provide end-to-end advisory support, from initial strategy through to lease completion, including financial modelling, negotiation, and transaction execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex, high-profile projects while building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on Central London office strategy, including relocations, renewals, and portfolio decisions Act as a primary client contact, managing day-to-day relationships and guiding clients through transactions Lead and support office search processes, including sourcing opportunities and coordinating inspections Deliver high-quality client reporting, financial analysis, and option appraisals Lead lease negotiations, working with landlords, agents, and legal teams Manage transactions end-to-end, ensuring efficient delivery through to completion Provide innovative, market-leading advice, solving complex real estate challenges Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor Collaborate with the global Cushman & Wakefield network on cross-border opportunities Support business development, pitches, and new client opportunities Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions Manage client budgets and billing, contributing to team revenue targets Actively engage in professional development and CPD About You Experience & Knowledge Experience in Central London office transactions preferred Background in general practice surveying across corporate, public sector, or private practice Broad exposure across surveying disciplines (not limited to one specialism) Strong understanding of business development and client management Proven ability to originate and win work Solid understanding of the London office market and real estate sector Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Experience in drafting high-quality client reports Good knowledge of relevant legislation and case law Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Qualifications MRICS preferred but not essential Skills & Personal Qualities Excellent client relationship management Strong negotiation and commercial acumen Confident presentation and communication skills High standard of written and verbal English Strong time management and organisation Ability to produce clear, professional reports Collaborative team player Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
