Some surveying roles keep you maintaining the status quo. This one gives you the chance to shape it.

I am partnering with a respected real estate consultancy with over 50 years’ experience across the South East. They are known for intelligent thinking, straight talking, and working with clients who value clarity over complexity.

They take a thoughtful, practical approach. They ask questions when things don’t look quite right, stay close to the local market and genuinely understand the assets they manage. They are now looking for a Senior Property Management Surveyor who works in the same way.

This is a role for someone who wants more than just day-to-day management, someone who’s ready to bring ideas, add value, and play a part in what comes next.

What makes this role stand out?

  • A portfolio you can actually influence

You will manage a varied commercial portfolio of retail, industrial, office, warehousing and mixed-use, with freedom to think creatively and make recommendations that optimise performance.

  • A consultancy that values honesty and good judgement

No overcomplication. No layers of corporate red tape. Just clear thinking, professional integrity, and decisions based on insight.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
