The Role

We are expanding our UKI (UK and Ireland) Commercial Team, seeking a passionate and dynamic Senior Sustainability Sales Representative II with consultative selling experience or a strong interest in sustainability and sales consulting.

This role is mission-driven, requiring:

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with adaptability and autonomy.
  • A desire to grow business relationships while making a meaningful impact on climate and environmental sustainability.

Your mission: Develop relationships with FTSE 100/FTSE 250 corporates, identify high-value opportunities, and drive brand advocacy to accelerate business growth.


Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Sell and support SE Advisory Services solutions across key sectors.
  • Generate leads and win client accounts in the UK and Ireland.
  • Support larger sales opportunities and improve client engagement.
  • Grow existing accounts and maximise retention.
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline tracking and reporting.

Key Accountabilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute targeted campaigns (digital, engagement, networking).
  • Build and qualify relationships with decision-makers in corporate sustainability.
  • Identify and progress new business opportunities through proactive outreach.

Sales Support & Proposal Management

  • Collaborate in proposal creation, tender responses, and client presentations.
  • Maintain updated sales collaterals and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Align stakeholder interactions seamlessly across the sales cycle.

Account Management

  • Expand retention strategies for existing clients and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Terminate unprofitable accounts while fostering long-term partnerships.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records for pipeline transparency.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to hit sales targets.
  • Propose enhancements to sales tools, materials, and methods.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven consultative or solution-based selling (entry-level acceptable but value-driven).
  • Commercial awareness to interpret sales data and tailor pitches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple deals.
  • Client-focused mindset with aggression for relationship-building.
  • Prior experience in:
    • Generating corporate leads (corporate可见度 for FTSE clients).
    • Aligning solutions to commercial and sustainability KPIs.

Desirable Additional Experience

  • Background in sustainability, decarbonisation, or environmental sectors.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency programs or green compliance frameworks.
