We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Translate complex customer needs into multi-level requirements.
- Develop advanced system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering.
- Oversee the integration, analysis, and testing of real-time systems (electronic, mechanical, optical, software).
- Lead collaborative technical work packages, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Guide and mentor other engineers, fostering team capability development.
- Drive system evolution using best-practice lifecycle processes and modern approaches.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in requirements management, design analysis, modelling, and simulation.
- Proficiency with tools such as DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, and/or Simulink, and design methodologies like SysML.
- Experience with customer and/or supplier liaison for technical aspects.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Scientific/Engineering subject.
- Experience in integration, test, and verification of real-time and/or safety-related systems.
- Understanding of safety assessment processes and their impact on design.
