The Role
Provide expert system-level support and technical oversight across all Soft FM digital platforms, including:
- CAFM (Synbiotix)
- Power BI
- SharePoint
- PowerApps
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full system lifecycle, including:
- Configuration (design and setup)
- Testing (ensuring functionality and reliability)
- Release (rolling out updates)
- Review (ongoing assessment and improvement)
- Ensure strong governance, data integrity, and security throughout all processes
- Drive innovation, integration, and responsiveness, reducing the current fragmented support model and improving efficiency

About This Opportunity
The current support model for Soft FM services is fragmented, restricting advancements in innovation, seamless integration, and responsiveness. This role is critical in unifying and optimising these essential platforms to better support Barts Health’s services.
