Insight Investment is looking for a Senior Tailored Investment Reporting Associate to join our Client Reporting team.
Provide tailored client reporting solutions to clients across a range of investment strategies on both a recurring and ad-hoc basis. As a Senior Associate, you will take greater ownership of reporting deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and process enhancement initiatives.
You will work within a team of client reporting professionals, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior management. To succeed in this role, candidates must be solution-focused, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely production and review of tailored monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reporting deliverables.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring reporting requirements are clearly understood and delivered to a high standard.
- Investigate complex queries, identify root causes, and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Attend and actively contribute to meetings with Client Directors, Solution Specialists, Portfolio Managers, and other stakeholders, translating evolving requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the underlying LDI and Fixed Income portfolios and strategies to effectively communicate and challenge reporting requirements where appropriate.
- Identify, drive, and implement process improvements to enhance reporting quality, scalability, and efficiency.
- Support the onboarding, training, and development of junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Contribute to team projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Experience Required:
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, honesty, and integrity at all times.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Experience documenting processes and supporting the training and development of colleagues.
- Strong systems skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience within investment management, client reporting, operations, or a related financial services environment is desirable.
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant work experience.
