Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

Role Type: Remote
Reports to: Talent Manager

As we expand, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and professional hiring experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of vacancies, ensuring a smooth, well-organised, and professional process for all candidates and hiring managers.
  • Use a range of attraction channels — job boards, social platforms, events, and referrals to build strong pipelines of high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate, up-to-date vacancy and candidate records.
  • Conduct high-quality screening conversations and accurately capture assessment notes.
  • Provide expert guidance to hiring managers, shaping recruitment plans and ensuring best practice throughout the process.
  • Coordinate and manage interviews and assessment activity, ensuring a positive and well-structured experience.
  • Maintain high standards of recruitment documentation and administrative accuracy to support compliance and safer recruitment principles.
  • Support offer management and pre-employment processes, ensuring timely completion in line with internal standards.
  • Use market insights and recruitment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending improvements where appropriate.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement activity and support consistent ways of working across the Talent function.
  • Provide informal support or guidance to less experienced colleagues and hiring managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
