Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Talent Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end hiring processes and optimize talent acquisition systems. The role involves:
- Managing a distributed team to support global recruitment efforts
- Improving hiring efficiency across multiple business units
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline:
- Candidate sourcing
- Onboarding

Lead cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs

Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to:
- Identify process improvements
- Reduce time-to-fill

Required Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with compliance requirements in global talent acquisition
