Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Talent Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end hiring processes and optimize talent acquisition systems. The role involves:

  • Managing a distributed team to support global recruitment efforts
  • Improving hiring efficiency across multiple business units

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline:

    • Candidate sourcing
    • Onboarding
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs

  • Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to:

    • Identify process improvements
    • Reduce time-to-fill
