Eyzon is delighted to be partnering with a growing retail organisation to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
This is an opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its growth, where talent is recognised as a key driver of commercial success. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director, you will lead the volume Talent Acquisition function, shaping recruitment strategy while ensuring the successful delivery of high-volume hiring across the organisation.
We're looking to engage with commercially minded Talent Acquisition leaders who combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and have a genuine passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a sizeable Talent Acquisition team, creating a high-performance culture.
- Own and evolve the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring it supports the wider business objectives.
- Deliver high-volume recruitment across multiple locations and business functions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence workforce planning and hiring strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, technology, and the candidate experience.
- Use data and market insight to inform decision-making and measure success.
Requirements
We're keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience leading large Talent Acquisition teams within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- The ability to balance strategic leadership with operational delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence at senior leadership level.
- A track record of delivering recruitment transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing people.
- Experience within retail or another multi-site, customer-facing business would be advantageous.
