Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to organisational needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability.
- Utilise recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Talent Acquisition Officer should have:
- A proven track record in talent acquisition within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- The ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
