Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner | Covent Garden | £75k + 20% annual bonus

I'm partnering with a fast growing technology company that is posting triple digit growth and genuinely rethinking how software products get built and how engineering teams work. They're on a mission to reset productivity standards across software engineering, and they're scaling quickly across multiple countries to make it happen.

As their Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a central role in shaping the business by bringing in outstanding tech talent. This is a high impact, high autonomy role for a recruiter who loves a fast pace and is happy owning a busy requisition load from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open tech roles at once, spanning several countries
  • Building and nurturing strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and genuine relationship building
  • Becoming the trusted partner for hiring managers and co-owning the hiring agenda with them
  • Using data and analytics to make smarter hiring decisions and keep improving the process
  • Designing creative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent in a competitive market
  • Keeping a close eye on industry trends and putting the employer brand front and centre for candidates
  • Supporting pre-onboarding alongside HR and hiring managers
  • Ensuring full compliance with labour and employment laws across every hiring location

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
