Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – FTC
Remote / Fixed Term Contract for 12 months / 37.50 hours per week

This role is a remote opportunity with the expectation to travel to our offices in Northampton, London, and Manchester, attend meetings and events/job shows in the UK.
Closing Date: Two weeks from opening date unless a candidate is hired sooner
Purpose of Role
Work as part of the wider recruitment team, supporting and working collaboratively with the Divisional Resourcer. By working in tandem, the post holder will have joint responsibility for a portfolio of nurseries.
Lead the overarching strategies for the division to ensure delivery of the company’s strategic objectives whilst working closely with stakeholders at all levels.
Work with the Recruitment Resourcer to be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional level of service to quality candidates and to our stakeholders.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Divisional Resourcer, identify stakeholder’s requirements and understand the recruitment requirements in your division;
- Design and implement a recruitment strategy appropriate for the division
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Be the initial point of contact for enquiries, e.g., customer escalations from our operational colleagues and other stakeholders, internally and externally
- Produce weekly reports to the Recruitment Manager on performance, conversion, media strategies, and all other KPI goals.
- Demonstrate the necessary understanding of the recruitment processes and time scales to successfully manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Understand, with the ability to articulate, the Workday recruitment processes and procedures
- Work closely in collaboration with the divisional compliance officer/s to ensure time to hire meets the department’s service level agreement
- Ensure our internal and external job postings are consistent and aligned to business requirements, company branding, and the Bright Horizons Safer Recruitment Policy;
- Promote all the outstanding company benefits as well as the company’s reputation as ‘A Great Place to Work’
- Be responsible for the successful recruitment of high-quality Nursery Management teams within the division, which includes supporting stakeholders in forecasting potential manager changes and cover
- Develop a close working relationship with the Divisional Resourcer to identify the stakeholders current and future vacancy needs
- Strive to obtain referrals and leads from candidates
- Attend divisional meetings by phone or in person to share updates and status of all current vacancies, successful appointments, and strategies
- Support, when required, the Recruitment Manager in corporate recruitment appointments

Responsible For
- Influencing a culture change in day-to-day operations from reactive to proactive recruitment strategies
- Be an advocate of the Bright Horizons Safer Recruitment Policy requirements and ensuring all successful applicants have met the required criteria and qualifications.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulation and legislation in line with our industry and work closely with the Compliance Officer/s
- Seek to fully understand the requirements of the stakeholders’ roles to maximise success and conversion when putting candidates forward for the required positions
- Demonstrate the necessary understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and time scales to successfully manage stakeholder’s expectations
- Responsibility for successfully driving Bright Horizons Acquisitions within the division by delivering exceptional knowledge, guidance, and understanding
- Lead apprenticeship recruitment in your division ensuring you are meeting the recommended targets by nursery
Essential Experience
- A proven and successful track record in the role of a Recruiter
- A strong communicator who can effectively and confidently communicate both written and verbally to all levels
- Working towards and exceeding targets whilst prioritising workload to ensure the demands of the business are met
- Ability to prioritise workload and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
- Interpersonal and influencing skills
- Knowledge of pre-employment checks and compliance in the sector
- Goal-driven, with a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and methods for achieving positive results
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes with Strong decision-making skills
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Teams, PowerPoint
Experience Desirable
- CIPD Qualified
- Knowledge of the Workday system
- Experience of working in the childcare sector
