We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing Talent Acquisition team where you'll have true ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and partner directly with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and shape the future of our business.
What you'll do
As a Senior TA Specialist, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical roles, partnering with business leaders to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand business priorities and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insight and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging passive talent using a variety of innovative sourcing techniques.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to offer and onboarding.
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring candidates remain engaged throughout the process.
- Partnering with Compensation, HR and Hiring Managers to develop competitive offers and successfully close candidates.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting on hiring activity and providing data-driven insights.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives through events, social media and recruitment marketing campaigns.

What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving recruitment challenges and delivering outstanding hiring outcomes.
Essential
- Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a technology environment.
- Proven success sourcing and engaging passive technical talent.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (iCIMS experience is advantageous).
We'd also love to see
- Experience recruiting software and/or hardware engineering talent.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor or wider technology industry.
- Experience using market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring strategies.
