Senior Talent Consultant
Senior / Principal Delivery/Candidate Consultant – GTM USA Recruitment (Soho, Hybrid)
We’re hiring a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our growing GTM team, specialising in sales roles within high-growth tech businesses for North America.
This role involves candidate/account management—no new business required.
Working Arrangement
You must commit to working 11 AM to 8 PM (Mon-Thu) with 2 days in-office in Soho.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage a strong network of clients and candidates.
- Grow and deepen existing client relationships.
- Own the full candidate recruitment lifecycle.
- Lead complex negotiations and deliver measurable results.
- Contribute ideas and market insights as a thought leader.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Champion the 3Search brand in the market.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in hitting individual revenue targets.
- Experience as a 180° or 360° agency recruiter.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- High motivation and a growth mindset.
- A desire to specialize in sales/commercial tech roles and become a sector expert.
- Collaborative, feedback-driven approach.
- Someone who genuinely still loves recruitment.
