Senior Talent & Delivery Director
About the Role
My client is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent & Delivery Director to lead large-scale recruitment programmes, drive organisational transformation, and deliver high-impact digital and product initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently operate across Talent Acquisition, Agile delivery and cross-functional project management.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience building high-performing teams, scaling recruitment functions and delivering complex programmes internationally. You'll partner closely with senior leadership to shape workforce strategy, improve recruitment capability and implement innovative digital solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple international regions, delivering junior through to executive-level hires.
- Develop scalable talent acquisition strategies, pipelines and sourcing models to support continued business growth.
- Reduce agency dependency, optimise recruitment spend and strengthen employer branding.
- Design and implement data-driven recruitment processes and an outstanding candidate experience.

Agile Delivery & Project Leadership
- Act as Product Owner for recruitment technology, ATS enhancements and AI-driven solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable recruitment and operational improvements.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through to successful delivery.
- Drive Agile best practice, continuous improvement and effective project governance.
Transformation & Organisational Change
- Lead recruitment transformation, process redesign and operational improvement initiatives.
- Implement scalable recruitment frameworks, governance models and best-practice processes.
- Partner with senior leadership to remove operational blockers and support business expansion.
- Deliver workshops and coaching to improve recruitment capability across the organisation.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, HR and Leadership teams.
- Mentor and develop recruitment capability while providing strategic hiring advice.
- Deliver market intelligence, salary benchmarking and workforce planning recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, recruitment best practice and diversity & inclusion principles.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within senior Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Delivery or Transformation leadership positions.
- Strong background recruiting internationally within technology or high-growth organisations.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall.
- Experience implementing or optimising ATS and recruitment technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, reporting, dashboards and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic hiring decisions.
