About The Role
Our Global Talent Marketing & Insights team's purpose is to build, execute and be known for best-in-class Talent Marketing, driven by insight, with an ED&I lens across everything we do, to deliver the right outcomes for our clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced recruitment marketing professional to join the team as a Senior Talent Marketing Executive.
A key role within this team, you will be required to work in collaboration with our global and broad client base to develop and execute sourcing and attraction strategies that deliver exceptional results for our clients.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies: You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to effectively position our clients as an employer of choice across various industries and regions. The strategies will leverage data insights and market intelligence to attract the best talent, and will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends, utilising cutting-edge sourcing techniques, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand their talent needs and act as a strategic advisor.
- Drive attraction and employer branding initiatives for clients: You will create attraction and employer branding initiatives to position our clients as an employer of choice. This will include target market segmentation, interpretation of a clients' employer brand, leveraging digital platforms, creating compelling content, partnering with the Sourcing function and leveraging relationships with external partners and suppliers.
- Utilise data insights: You will work with performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights so that you make data-driven decisions, optimise strategies, and provide valuable insights to key stakeholders. This will include monitoring media inventory levels and maximising utilisation of sourcing tools to deliver optimum ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: You will partner with various stakeholders, including Sourcing and Operations teams, client TA and HR teams, and external partners and suppliers, to ensure alignment and best practice execution of attraction, engagement, and insights strategies. Building strong relationships and effectively communicating strategies, insights and initiatives will be essential to your success in this role.
- Stay updated on industry trends: You will keep abreast of the latest trends and tools and best practices in talent attraction, engagement, and insights, and proactively recommend innovative approaches and tools to enhance our global talent strategies. Equipping our sourcing function and onsite teams with the best tools, resources and knowledge to source and secure the best candidates for our client partners.
- Client relationships: You will partner and develop strong relationships with our clients to completely understand their talent needs and challenges to create and deliver talent attraction solutions, for temp and perm hiring, that drive the best outcomes and experience for them. Delighting our customers at every part of their journey is at the core of this role and how we do business.

Who You Are
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, candidate attraction, media management, engagement and employer branding.
- Able to demonstrate the delivery of innovative and successful sourcing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic ability to develop and execute comprehensive talent attraction and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of employer branding, digital marketing, and talent acquisition practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tech, CRMs, talent attraction channels and tools, social media management and data analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives / clients simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
