The Opportunity

Following several new client wins, we're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our growing team. This is far more than a recruitment role.

  • You'll influence hiring decisions, shape talent strategies and help organisations build stronger teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Alongside delivering recruitment assignments, you'll naturally identify opportunities to support clients further. There are no cold-calling sales targets, but you'll be commercially aware, spot opportunities and introduce additional services where they'll genuinely add value.

If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys building long-term partnerships rather than chasing KPIs and making sales calls all day, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments
  • Partner with clients both remotely and on-site as an extension of their business
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Deliver talent mapping, market intelligence and salary benchmarking projects
  • Coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects across different sectors and functions
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to onboarding
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional talent solutions that benefit clients
  • Represent Select Talent Group at client meetings, networking events and industry visits

No two days are the same.

One week you could be leading an Executive Search for a Managing Director, supporting a client on-site with multiple operational hires, delivering salary benchmarking for a manufacturing business, and advising another client on how to improve their recruitment process.
