About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join The Advocate Group, specialising in delivering high-quality hires across a portfolio of established key accounts in the consumer products sector.
This is a pure delivery-focused role, primarily working on exclusive, committed hiring projects with globally recognised brands. You’ll inherit an active pipeline and play a critical role in executing multi-hire briefs and long-term hiring plans.
The Role
• Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a consistent flow of live roles, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure:
- Quality in candidate selection
- Pace in recruitment timelines
- Commercial success for hiring projects
- Deliver across exclusive, committed hiring projects within key FMCG / consumer product accounts.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, balancing quality and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Work with the wider team to maximise account performance and delivery output.
- Contribute to account development through insights, market knowledge, and execution.

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a search / delivery model.
- Strong performance in managing multiple live roles.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to maintain high standards in:
- Quality of hires
- Speed of recruitment
- Clear, consistent communication
- Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
