Talent Partner – London
About Verto
At Verto, we’re on a mission to democratise global finance and empower businesses in Emerging Markets to reach the world. Founded by British-Nigerian entrepreneurs Ola Oyetayo and Anthony Oduu, our roots in Africa drove a deep understanding of cross-border payment challenges—illiquid currencies, high fees, slow transactions—solving which remains our core focus. What began as an FX solution for the Nigerian Naira has grown into a platform enabling thousands of businesses to transfer billions of dollars annually.
Our mission: Where you do business shouldn’t determine your success or ability to scale. We’re creating equal access to liquidity solutions that already exist in developed markets.
Backed by investors like Y-Combinator, Quona, and MEVP, Verto has been recognised by:
- The Milken-Motsepe Prize
- CNBC’s fastest-growing UK companies
- Deloitte Fast 50
- Sifted’s fastest-growing fintech companies
Join us as we continue to grow and redefine global finance.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
