WNTD is the embedded talent partner supporting the build-out of a major AI infrastructure platform.
We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to recruit across the full end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centres and AI factories.
Working as part of the WNTD client services team, you will support hiring across the Chief Delivery Officer organisation. You will report to the Client Services Director and work closely with WNTD colleagues and senior client stakeholders to deliver critical hires across Europe and international markets.
This role covers the full data centre delivery lifecycle, from early development and design through construction, commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across end-to-end data centre delivery
- Translate approved hiring requirements into targeted search and recruitment plans
- Build pipelines of passive candidates from hyperscalers, colocation providers, data centre developers, consultancies and major contractors
- Headhunt senior leaders, technical specialists and delivery professionals
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search, industry networks and the WNTD database to identify niche talent
- Conduct detailed candidate qualification and present clear, evidence-based shortlists
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, search progress and candidate reporting
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring and compensation
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience while maintaining pace, quality and confidentiality
- Work closely with the Client Services Director to prioritise searches and manage delivery

Recruitment Scope
You will recruit across the complete data centre lifecycle, including:
- Development and site delivery
- Design and engineering
- Construction and programme execution
- Testing, commissioning and final handover
Required Experience
- Proven recruitment experience within data centres, hyperscale infrastructure, colocation or mission-critical construction
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end data centre delivery lifecycle
- Experience recruiting senior leadership and specialist technical professionals
- Strong passive candidate headhunting and market-mapping capability
- Experience managing several complex and niche searches simultaneously
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging briefs constructively
- High standards of candidate assessment, written communication and recruitment reporting
- Ability to work at pace within an embedded client environment
