About CuspAI

CuspAI is the frontier AI company on a mission to solve the breakthrough materials needed to power human progress. While nature took billions of years to perfect molecules, we are harnessing AI to unlock trillion-dollar materials breakthroughs in months, not millennia. Our founding team is the most cited in the world, comprised of world-class researchers in AI, chemistry, and engineering.

We are tackling some of the hardest and most important challenges, including energy, clean water, the future of compute, and carbon capture, and this is just the beginning of what our 'search engine' for next-generation materials can unlock.

We invite you to join a diverse, innovative team at the intersection of AI and materials science, working to create impactful partnerships that drive innovation, scalability, and industry collaboration. This work matters. Your work matters.

We’re on the cusp of the on-demand materials era. Join us.

The Role

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced and adaptable Senior Talent Partner to join as part of the Talent Team.

Working within our small yet dynamic Talent team, you will own and execute the end-to-end hiring process for various pipelines, primarily focusing on Technical Partnerships & Business Development hires. Creating an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, you will identify, attract, and engage elite technical and scientific talent.

Your Impact

Your work will directly impact the speed at which we solve challenges in critical areas like next-generation computing, carbon capture, and clean energy.

You’ll be a central figure in growing CuspAI’s world-class team of technical partnerships specialists, researchers, engineers, and applied scientists. Rudimentary and cultural roles alike, the people you bring in will uphold our high standards while driving real-world applications of our core technology, enabling us to unlock world-changing materials breakthroughs.

In partnership with the alumni of the Talent team, you’ll be trusted with autonomy to evolve CuspAI’s Talent function and scale thoughtfully and sustainably. Working with some of the most cited researchers globally, you'll tailor complex technical requirements and communicate the exciting mission of what we’re achieving.

Leveraging your experience and curiosity, you’ll build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage truly game-changing individuals—mapping networks, tapping into talent pools, and crafting thoughtful outreach with hiring teams. Join us as an early, vital member of the foundational Talent team during this critical growth phase, directly shaping our company culture and accelerating our mission to discover materials addressing the climate crisis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
