Senior Talent Partner – Product & Engineering

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £90,000–£120,000 + Benefits

We are partnering with a high-growth global technology business that is transforming the way millions of businesses operate through innovative financial technology solutions. With teams across Europe, the Americas and beyond, the organisation is continuing to invest heavily in its Product and Engineering functions as it enters its next phase of growth. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team where recruitment is viewed as a strategic function, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to build exceptional technical teams.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will lead recruitment across Product and Engineering, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract world-class technical talent. You will own the recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning through to offer management while acting as a trusted advisor to the business. You'll be responsible for hiring across a variety of technical disciplines, helping to shape hiring strategy, improve processes and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

- Own end-to-end recruitment across Product and Engineering functions.
- Recruit for Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers and other technical roles.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and recruitment strategy.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical talent across competitive markets.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and competitor insights to support hiring decisions.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high quality and pace.
- Partner closely with People Business Partners and leadership teams on workforce planning.
- Utilise recruitment data and hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, interviewer capability and assessment quality.
- Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Work collaboratively with international stakeholders across multiple locations.
About You
You'll be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record of hiring technical talent within fast-paced technology businesses.

You'll likely have:
- Significant in-house Talent Acquisition experience within technology or fintech environments.
- Proven experience recruiting Software Engineers, Product Managers and Engineering leadership.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering organisations and technical hiring.
- Expertise in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
- Experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex hiring projects.
- Experience using recruitment analytics to improve hiring performance.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience hiring across multiple international markets.
- Previous experience within a high-growth, scale-up or technology-first organisation.
- Exposure to Product, Engineering, Data and Design hiring.
- Experience working with modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby or Lever.
- Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
