Senior Tax Manager
Senior Tax Manager Location: Surrey | Flexible Hybrid Working, 2 days per week in the office Salary: £85,000–£100,000 + bonus + benefits
Alexander Lloyd is exclusively partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing organisations to appoint a talented Senior Tax Manager.
This is a key role providing direct tax compliance, advisory and risk management expertise to support the group’s ambitious UK and international growth plans.
Key responsibilities: Manage all direct tax compliance processes and deadlines Advise the business on direct tax matters with a strong commercial focus Lead on tax planning initiatives and support strategic decision-making Maintain best practice in tax risk management and governance Monitor legislative changes and drive the implementation of necessary updates Build strong relationships across finance, legal and leadership teams What you’ll need: Fully qualified accountant or tax advisor: ACCA, ACA or CTA Solid UK corporate tax experience gained within a multinational or complex business Ability to interpret and explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders Commercially minded, with excellent communication skills
