Position: Senior Tax Manager | International Tax

Location & Contract: Hybrid (London, Cardiff, Edinburgh, or Belfast)

Salary: £55,699 - £80,000 + £3,300 London Allowance

About the Role

A leading international organisation seeks an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their specialist Group Tax function.

This is a premium opportunity for a tax professional aspiring to take on a highly commercial, advisory-focused role that supports complex business projects across multiple international jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance leaders, legal teams, and external advisers to provide expert guidance on cross-border transactions and international tax matters.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on international tax matters across multiple jurisdictions
  • Support business restructures, acquisitions, and strategic projects
  • Provide tax due diligence and commercial tax advice
  • Advise on direct and indirect tax matters
  • Support transfer pricing and cross-border transactions
  • Collaborate with overseas finance teams and external tax advisers
  • Identify tax risks and opportunities, delivering practical commercial solutions

Requirements

Minimum requirements include: ✔ CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser), ADIT (Association of tax technologists) or ATT (Association of Tax Technicians) qualification, or a relevant equivalent ✔ Strong international corporate tax experience ✔ Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation ✔ Relevant exposure to transfer pricing and cross-border transactions ✔ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills ✔ Commercial, solutions-focused approach
