Senior Tax Manager

About the Role

Within our high-speed, globally focused team, you’ll drive all compliance needs from a global tax perspective, including:

  • Coordination with international tax advisors across diverse markets
  • Support for in-house teams on direct and indirect tax advice
  • Review and preparation of SOX, transfer pricing, and related documentation

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Tax, this role oversees day-to-day international tax operations and local compliance tasks across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Challenges & Duties:

  • Coordinate multiple international tax advisors simultaneously while maintaining strategic oversight.
  • Navigate double tax treaty challenges and their withholding tax implications.
  • Oversee transfer pricing compliance documentation and other SOX-reportable schemes.
  • Identify global direct and indirect tax risks and develop business-aligned solutions.
  • Independently prioritise and manage a high volume of cross-border tax projects.

Requirements

Professional & Technical Profile:

  • Certified Tax Accountant or university degree (accounting/taxation-focused preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in corporate tax compliance and/or tax advisory, ideally with payroll taxation knowledge.
  • Strong grasp of IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • Expertise in Pillar 2 taxation (OECD Base Erosion Profit Shifting initiatives).
  • Working experience (or implementation) with ERP systems as a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced modelling).
  • Fluent English (writing/speaking); German a significant advantage.
