We’re seeking a Senior Tax Manager who will help steer the international tax landscape for our global business.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Tax Manager reports to the Global Head of Tax and ensures seamless fulfilment of all global tax compliance needs, including:
- Coordinating external tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions and projects
- Providing strategic direct and indirect tax advice to both in-house tax and business teams
- Overseeing SOX, Transfer Pricing, and other regulatory documentation
- Supporting international tax operations with a razor-sharp focus on practical, business-driven solutions
Key Challenges & Accountabilities
You’ll be managing a dynamic portfolio of tasks, including:
- Balancing local tax nuances while keeping sight of the global strategic picture
- Navigating double tax treaty challenges and their implications for withholding taxes
- Ensuring rigorous transfer pricing compliance and documentation aligned with SOX controls
- troubleshooting global direct and indirect tax exposures with creativity and urgency
- Prioritising and delivering under pressure: Independently managing a high volume of concurrent projects across time zones

Your Profile – What We’re Looking For
This is a graduate-defining role for a tax professional with how-to capability and a mind wired for collaboration. We seek a candidate with:
Essential Qualifications
✔ Qualified Tax Accountant or relevant university degree (preferably in taxation or related fields) ✔ At least 5 years of international Corporate tax compliance experience (or tax advisory) ✔ Proven knowledge of payroll taxation is a baseline requirement ✔ Experience with IFRS and local GAAP to ensure alignment across jurisdictions ✔ Fluency in English (both written and spoken); German is a plus to foster cross-country collaboration

Strong Desired Attributes
✔ Certification or experience in Pillar 2 tax calculations ✔ Practical expertise with ERP tools, especially during implementations ✔ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with Excel flexibility to model and analyse data efficiently ✔ Former "Big 4" experience as a differentiator for maximum impact
