Your new role
As a Senior Tax Manager within the Private Business team, you will lead a portfolio of clients and oversee the delivery of complex tax advisory and compliance work. You will act as a trusted adviser to business owners and senior stakeholders, providing insight on tax strategy, structuring, transactions, and long‑term planning. You will manage engagement teams, review technical deliverables, and ensure all work meets the firm's quality and risk standards. You will also play a key role in developing junior colleagues, contributing to team growth, and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
- Professional qualification such as ACA or CTA (or equivalent) with significant post‑qualification experience in corporate or entrepreneurial tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and experience advising private or owner‑managed businesses.
- Proven ability to manage complex engagements and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and business owners.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical issues into practical business solutions.
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
