Department: Tax Advisory

Location: Leeds
Compensation: £63,000 - £73,000 / year

Description

Our tax team is one of the largest and most experienced in the region, with nearly 70 talented tax professionals working collaboratively across our offices in Chesterfield, Sheffield, Cleckheaton, Leeds, and York. Led by our Head of Tax, and supported by a further six specialist Tax Partners, we bring together deep technical expertise, sector knowledge, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

This is a rare opportunity to take real ownership of the trusts offering within our tax team. You’ll step in as the central point of expertise, shaping how we approach trust work across the business and establishing yourself as the go-to person for all things trusts.

To start, you’ll focus on building strong foundations - reviewing current processes, strengthening compliance frameworks, and ensuring we are set up for long-term success.
From there, you’ll have the freedom and support to grow the trusts capability, developing new opportunities, expanding our client offering, and embedding best practice across the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
