Senior Tax Reporting Manager
Tax Reporting Specialist (Remote)
Role Overview Joining a highly successful business in the energy sector, we’re looking for a Tax Reporting Specialist to take on a fully remote role as the tax reporting and tax accounting lead within a Midrand Multinational Group. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the high standards of diligence and accuracy in all deliverables while potentially building a small team in the future.
This opportunity suits an experienced corporate tax specialist with a passion for process improvement and technology-driven solutions. Recent system implementations mean there are exciting opportunities to refine and optimise workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead tax reporting and tax accounting for the group
- Ensure precision and integrity in all deliverables
- Develop a small team and mentor junior members
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Leverage technology to optimise reporting workflows
- Stay compliant with evolving tax regulations
- Collaborate closely with finance and legal teams
Essential Requirements
- Tax reporting experience (preferably gained from a top 10 firm or an in-house role)
- Proven corporate tax specialist track record
- Strong eye for process improvement, with an analytical mindset
- ACA or ACCA qualification as a minimum requirement
- Full command of tax accounting principles
- Experience working in a remote global team setup
