About the Role
Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Team Manager, Global Client Delivery to join our Central Labs Services team in a senior leadership capacity. This role involves managing a regional team and global clients to ensure the seamless implementation of strategies, processes, and metrics for exceptional client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of assigned client teams, including:
- Performance metrics and accountability for outcomes and work distribution
- Performance evaluations and revenue delivery targets
- Ensuring seamless integration of Project Management team services
- Grow and develop the Project Management team, including:
- Creation of succession plans and individual development plans
- Coaching and mentoring for team growth and skill enhancement
** Client & Stakeholder Management**
- Proactively engage with clients to understand needs and impact decisions
- Proactive communication on study milestones, risk management, and budget application
- Ensure best practices are applied in documentation accuracy within systems
- Represent the team across global project management goals and objectives

Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and track study milestones and escalations to ensure timely resolution
- Faithful implementation of SOPs, quality expectations, and continuous improvement
- Prevent and remove service failures, including issue tracking and preventative action plans
Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
- Foster cross-functional teamwork across boundaries, assisting in global team operations
- Exhibit strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
- Perform as a detailed planner, problem solver, and change agent for operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medical sciences, technical, or laboratory disciplines
- Two or more years of experience as a people leader, including managing teams with direct reports
- Two or more years of experience leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years in Central Laboratory Services
- One or more years in clinical research settings
- One or more years in database management, study design, or global project management in the clinical research industry
- One or more years in Quality Event Management (CAPA handling)
Additional Key Standards
- Ability to manage larger teams of up to 20+ individuals
- Demonstrated strengths in inspiring collaboration in multi-regional, matrixed environments
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities, coupled with a customer service mindset
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organizational execution capabilities
- Track record of driving continuous improvement and successful project delivery (complex, on-time, high quality)

Central Laboratory Services forms part of Labcorp’s global contract research organization, offering a network of central laboratories that supports trials around the world. With over 700 assays spanning all laboratory fields, we receive samples globally and deliver high-standard solutions across North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific. We utilize standardized processes, procedures, and instrumentation to ensure consistency and quality in clinical testing.
