Branches are located across London in Canary Wharf, Soho, The Strand, Cannon Street, and a flagship 24/7 print branch in Mayfair, Curzon Street. Role Description
The Senior Team Member – Digital Print / Branding / Events is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater London. This role involves overseeing day-to-day digital print operations, including managing print jobs from brief to delivery, ensuring quality control, and meeting tight deadlines. The person in this role will coordinate branded merchandise and event-related print projects, liaising with clients, account managers, and suppliers to ensure accurate specifications and on-time production.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting exhibition graphics
- Troubleshooting production issues
- Maintaining equipment and materials
- Mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to process improvements
- Representing The Color Company’s service standards in client-facing interactions
Qualifications
- Experience in digital print production, including operating and maintaining print equipment, managing print workflows, and ensuring colour accuracy.
- Background in branding and promotional merchandise, with skills in interpreting brand guidelines and translating them into print and event materials.
- Knowledge of event and exhibition graphics production, including large-format print, signage, and on-site installation coordination.
- Familiarity with design and pre-press processes, such as working with print-ready artwork, basic file preparation, and collaboration with creative teams.
- Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations, clarify briefs, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple jobs, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring or supervising team members, fostering a collaborative and quality-focused culture.
- Good IT proficiency and comfort with print management or job-ticketing systems; experience in a print, branding, or events environment in Greater London is highly beneficial.
