Senior Tech Recruiter – Remote (Contract & Permanent)

We’re looking for experienced Senior Tech Recruiters (contract or permanent specialists) who want to escape the rigid 9-5 and earn real money on their own terms. This is a 100% remote, uncapped earning potential role with 50% commission and complete control over your schedule.


About the Role

  • Source, engage, and place top tech talent across high-demand markets like AI, Salesforce, Software Engineering, and more
  • Work in contract and/or permanent roles, tailored to your experience and niche
  • Manage an independent desk: Own your client relationships, drive business, and handle a full 360° recruitment process
  • Full control over working hours—choose full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends—work when it suits you
  • Join a high-growth recruitment agency with global infrastructure, tools, and collaborative support

Requirements

Essential:

  • 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment (contract, perm, or both)
  • Proven billing track record in a 360°/full-desk model (self-managed clients + candidates)
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit—know how to build and manage your own desk
  • Independent & remote-work adapted (preferably full remote experience)
  • Strong communicator, capable of managing clients and candidates confidently
  • Niche focus in tech (e.g. Salesforce, AI, cloud computing, software development) is ideal

Not a Fit If You:

  • Are searching for a fixed salary or in-house role
  • Prefer micromanagement or traditional office structures
  • Aren’t ready to own your pipeline and performance independently
