What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technology recruitment with a consistent billing record.
- Experience recruiting into financial services, capital markets or investment management is highly desirable.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Commercially minded with a consultative approach.
- Competitive, resilient and motivated by delivering exceptional results.
- Someone looking to build a long-term career, not just find their next recruitment job.
